Saturday and Sunday, March 21-22
1-5:30pm each day

Understanding muscles and bones is essential in developing your yoga practice and teaching. They are also the tip of the iceberg when it comes to knowing all the ways yoga can benefit us on and off the mat. “Global Anatomy” is an insightful look at the other systems in the body: endocrine, nervous, synovial, and lymphatic.

Using our manual, slides, and practice, Richard will review each system. You’ll then practice a sequence designed to revitalize and fine-tune each system. As with all Frameworks Yoga workshops, we will have plenty of time for discussion and questions. You’ll leave this weekend with a detailed understanding and appreciation of our amazing human forms and how dynamic our yoga practices can be.

This workshop includes a manual with discussion points and sequences for future reference.

Yoga Alliance members receive 10 Continuing Education credits.
