Range Of Motion Activation (ROMA) is a technique designed by Richard to work on stability, posture and thoughtful movement. In this workshop you’ll identify poses and movements where muscles don’t fire, and focus on that activation.

For our spine, this workshop focuses on accessing novel movement patterns by remixing common movements. You’ll discover your own strengths, and perhaps become aware of your compensations. For our shoulders, ROMA will address stabilizing shoulder blades and arms, particularly toward the ends of our range of motion. You’ll leave feeling more confident in your upper body’s ability to support you throughout your range.

All levels welcome! Yoga Alliance CEC available.
