Practicing with Richard has added tremendously to my health and well being. I began yoga practice as a means of recovering from a serious health challenge. I thought it would be an easy way to regain strength and flexibility before moving on to more vigorous activities.

 

Richard helped me understand that yoga is not a substitute for something better, but indeed is the foundation of a complete physical regimen that can be as intense or as restorative as anyone might want. I have found a challenging workout that is enhanced by the focus, centering and breath work essential to a successful practice. After more than three years, thanks to Richard, yoga has become an integral part of my life; something I look forward to and wouldn’t want to be without.
